NSF Travel Funds Feedback

The Society for Literature, Science, and the Arts (SLSA) is one of a group of science societies benefitting from a National Science Foundation grant coordinated by the History of Science Society (HSS). These NSF grant funds are directed through the societies as travel stipends to individual graduate student or artist members attending annual meetings of the societies.

As one of the individuals who received NSF travel funds to attend SLSA 2023 at Arizona State University, you are asked to respond to a few questions in this form. The estimated time to complete the survey is 20-30 minutes, and your responses will be shared anonymously in the annual report to NSF from HSS.

Such testimonials will strengthen the next science society’s proposal for travel grant funds, so I urge you to respond to the questions as completely as possible. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Thanks,
Carol Colatrella
