DNA Productions is creating 30 interactive interpretations of
the stories from Alan Lightman's international bestseller,
Einstein's Dreams.
Between 14 April 1999 and 30 June 1999, our interactive versions of
Einstein's dreams will be broadcast over the World Wide Web, on the
dates corresponding to Einstein's dreams in the book.
Einstein's Dreams is set in Bern in 1905, between
April and June, when Albert Einstein, a 26-year-old Swiss patent
clerk,
created the theory of relativity.
The dreams of Einstein are visits to 30 worlds where time flows
differently than in our own: where time becomes a circle, a flow of
water or a nightingale...
Our versions let you experience mysterious dreams inspired by
the antiquity of Bern, by Einstein's mathematical imagination and by
Alan Lightman's poetic prose.
In October 1999, a collection of all the dreams will be released on
CD-ROM.
